At Treeveeda Foods, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Our “no questions asked return and refund policy” allows you to return any product if you are not satisfied with its quality at the time of delivery.
If you are not available at the time of delivery to check the quality of the products, you may raise a complaint within 24-48 hours of delivery. To help us improve our services and provide feedback to our merchants, it is mandatory to share images of the items you were dissatisfied with. Based on your feedback, we will take the returned product and replace it with a new one. In case the products received do not match the order placed, we will replace the order with the correct products promptly.
If the delivery is not executed on the first attempt due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the recipient not being at home, the address being locked, or refusal to accept, the customer will still be charged for the order. No refunds will be provided for such items. Additionally, an extra charge of 30 rupees will be applied for re-shipping.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations from the side of consumers once an order has been placed.
Treeveeda Foods has a no-refund policy. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will replace the packet with a new one to ensure your satisfaction.
